Biography
Sima Majnooni is an Immigration Attorney at VisaNation Law Group PLLC. Her practice focuses on business immigration, with extensive experience handling H-1B, PERM, L-1A/L-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), O-1, Adjustment of Status (AOS), mandamus actions, and federal immigration litigation.
Sima’s legal education and professional experience span multiple continents. She holds a Juris Doctor-equivalent degree from the University of Tabriz and an LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law. She also earned an LL.M. from the University of Arkansas.
Her passion for immigration policy and workforce development led her to serve as a Labor and Immigration Faculty at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she conducted multi-year research on the H-2A and H-2B visa programs.
