Our TN Success Stories

TN Visa for Operations Consultant in 30 Days

We secured a TN visa for a Mexican professional seeking to transition from a B-2 tourist visa to an independent consultant role for a major U.S. steel manufacturer. Our strategy focused on the “Management Consultant” category under the USMCA, where we successfully demonstrated that the client’s specialized industry knowledge in quality control systems was essential for the project. By meticulously documenting his prior experience and the temporary nature of the assignment, we met a critical one-month start-date deadline.

  • 3-Week USCIS Approval
  • Management Consultant Category
  • B-2 to TN Transition

8-Day Approval for Senior Data Specialist

Our legal team successfully managed a Change of Status for a Mexican professional transitioning from L-2 dependent status to a TN visa as a Senior Data Specialist. To avoid common scrutiny, we strategically categorized the role as a “Computer Systems Analyst,” emphasizing system architecture and data modeling over routine programming. Using Premium Processing, we provided a comprehensive evidentiary package that highlighted 14 years of expertise, resulting in a swift approval and a full three-year period of stay

  • Approved in Just 8 Days
  • No RFE
  • L-2 to TN Status Change

7-Day TN Approval for Electrical Engineer

We navigated heightened USCIS scrutiny to secure a TN visa for a Mexican Electrical Commissioning Engineer specializing in high-voltage systems. Our team mapped over 65 academic modules from his mechatronics degree to prove it met strict USMCA engineering requirements. By highlighting his role in U.S. grid modernization and providing endorsements from global manufacturers, we demonstrated that his duties were high-level engineering rather than technical support, achieving a seven-day approval via premium processing.

  • Swift 7-Day Approval
  • Complex Degree Mapping
  • Leveraged notable endorsements
