I am very satisfied with the work done by the Shilpa´s office. My case was difficult, but Shilpa from the first meeting was honest with me and told me that we had a 50/50 chance of obtaining the NIW visa, and together we dared to continue. All the team works well, but I want to emphasize that Shilpa is an honored lawyer, she complied with what was agreed and the price paid is in line with the market. I also want to highlight the lawyer Ms. Gruber, since in one of the first meetings, it was one of her ideas on which we built the case, she was also the one who wrote the letter when USCIS asked us for more evidence for the case. It is important that if you are reading this comment and you want to apply for an NIW, it is a hard work in which the lawyer helps with your knowledge of the law, writing documents, but it is you who must provide the documentation and look for the arguments that contribute to your case be a success.
