Biography

Sang Kim is a Senior Counsel at VisaNation Law Group, PLLC. He has nearly two decades of experience within the field of U.S. immigration and global mobility. Sang plays a pivotal role in managing complex immigration and mobility matters for clients around the world.

One of his key strengths lies in overseeing high volume case management for multinational corporations and entities. In this capacity, he has become a trusted advisor, guiding these organizations through the intricate processes and mobility needs within employment and business immigration. Sang has previously worked with top legal providers in New York and California with particular expertise in overseeing cases with complex corporate transactions, investment and entrepreneur classes. 

Beyond his legal work, Sang has provided strategic leadership on global mobility matters with the HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Relocation teams.  He has directly managed individual efforts for C-Suite Executives, Managers, Researchers and National Interest individuals. 

His commitment to his clients and his profession is further exemplified by his role as a General Counsel for an SaaS technology company. Sang created and implemented strategic legal direction for the organization focused on data privacy (GDPR), labor, employment, immigration and global mobility. As a former Immigration Fellow with the U.S. Senate Office of Secretary Hillary R. Clinton, he provided invaluable support to the Senate Office’s Constituent Liason teams.
