Immigration Attorney Fees

Below are the immigration attorney fees and USCIS filing fees for VisaNation Law Group (as of 01/19/2024). They make it a priority to ensure that all prospective clients know the associated immigration costs well ahead of time to begin the planning process.

The filing fees are due along with the signed retainer agreement with VisaNation Law Group before services are rendered and the USCIS filing fees should be submitted before any USCIS application is filed. It’s important to note that USCIS fees are subject to change at short notice

For some services, the firm provides a price range due to the complexity of certain cases and the time discrepancies. Again, fees for some cases may vary depending on the circumstances of that client’s situation.

Apart from the monetary costs, it’s important to evaluate the emotional component involved. VisaNation Law Group can’t guarantee that your case will be approved but will do everything in its power to submit the proper paperwork, follow up with requests for evidence, and more. Refer to client testimonials to see what past customers have to say regarding their services.

Remember that your immigration status is a very serious matter that should be handled by only a qualified and experienced immigration attorney. VisaNation Law Group immigration attorney fees are among the most competitive and their customer dedication is exceptional. Should you have any questions regarding the fees listed below, please don’t hesitate to contact their office to speak with a senior paralegal or lawyer.

*The immigration attorney fees presented on this page represent the anticipated charges for frequently requested immigration services.
